About Kit Katzenschwartz
The artistic career of Kit Katzenschwartz started long before kindergarten with her drawing on the long, smooth white walls of the hallway. She discovered that crayons make very satisfactory lines. Lines can become cats or dogs or trees or whatever she wanted them to be.
Despite her parents disapproval of her early mural work, Kit went on to draw relentlessly, and nearly continuously through classes, through lectures and now, through meetings.
